This interim final rule amends the definition of cannabis considered marijuana extract to conform to the revised definitions of marijuana and tetrahydrocannabinols.
The new definition now says:
The 0.3%-THC content limit for the extract, meaning hemp-derived extracts containing less than 0.3%-THC content are also decontrolled along with the plant itself.
